Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy is a draft and is still to be reviewed by a lawyer.
This policy explains what personal data Mosorb India LLP (“we”) collects when you buy and use Endelir Editor, why, and who handles it for us. In short: we collect only what we need to sell you a licence and deliver it. Your footage and media never leave your computer.
What we collect
- Purchase details: you enter your name, email address and phone number at checkout on Razorpay. Razorpay keeps them, and we can see them in our Razorpay account. Razorpay then sends our licence server your email address and the payment's id, order id, amount, currency and date, which it stores. It does not store your name or phone number. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles those.
- Your licence: the licence key is stored as a one-way hash, plus an encrypted copy so we can re-send your key email, and its last four characters to recognise it in support. With it we keep your email address, the plan it belongs to, whether the licence is active or was revoked (and when and why, such as a refund), and whether the key email was delivered.
- Activation data: a hashed machine id for the computer you activate, with the time it was first activated and the last time setup on that computer contacted our server. The studio itself never contacts our server after setup. The hash is a one-way fingerprint used only to count your activations against the one-computer limit. It does not contain your name, files or the contents of your computer.
- Download records: each time the studio or a fix is downloaded, the same hashed machine id, the version and the time.
- Rate-limit counters: to slow down abuse, a count of requests in a short window, kept against a one-way hash of your IP address (for activations) or your licence's internal number (for downloads). We never store the IP address itself.
- Emails you send us: whatever you write to us for support or a refund.
- Basic request logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and time) when you visit this site, activate or download, for security and to keep the service running.
What we never collect
- Your footage, audio, images, transcripts or finished videos. Editing, transcription, masking, colour and voiceover all run on your computer, and Endelir Editor never uploads media to us. If you ask the studio to search stock footage (Pixabay or Pexels) or to make a picture with your own OpenAI or Google key, that request goes from your computer straight to that service, under its own terms and with your own key; it never passes through us.
- Your conversations with your AI assistant. Those are between you and its provider, under its own privacy policy.
This website has no advertising or third-party tracking, sets no cookies and loads no scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Our own server counts visits to the home page and clicks on the Buy button: for each one it keeps the time, the link or site you came from, your country, your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and an anonymous number made from your connection and browser that changes every day, so a visit is counted once a day and cannot be linked to you or followed from one day to the next. We do not store your IP address for this. We use these counts only to see how many people visit and where they come from.
How we use it
- To take payment, issue your tax invoice and keep the accounts the law requires.
- To email your licence key and download, and to check activations.
- To answer support and refund requests.
- To tell you about a fix for the product you bought, and to tell you once when a further plan opens, as our sales page says.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, apart from that one notice.
Who handles it for us
- Razorpay: takes payment and collects your name, email and phone at checkout.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and our licence server, where keys, activations and the download live.
- Resend: sends the email with your licence key.
Each handles data under its own terms and security. Some of them may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records (email, payment id, amount, currency and dates): for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even if you ask us to delete the rest.
- Your licence, activation data and download records: our licence server does not delete these on its own. They stay until you ask us to delete them, including after a refund: a refund marks the licence as revoked, it does not erase it. When we move your licence to another computer, the old computer's activation is deleted, but its download records stay.
- Rate-limit counters: deleted automatically after 2 days.
- Server logs: our licence server's own logs hold only a masked email (such as pr***@gmail.com) and your key's last four characters, never the full email or key. Cloudflare keeps them for a few days.
- Support and refund emails: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Hosting request logs: as long as the hosting provider keeps them, which is short.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law does not require us to keep it. You can also raise a complaint with us, and under Indian data protection law you may take it further to the Data Protection Board of India.
To have your data deleted, email support@endelirone.com from the address you bought with, with “Delete my data” in the subject, or include your payment id if you write from another address. Within 30 days we delete your licence, its activations and its download records from our licence server, and your support emails, and we reply to confirm. We keep only the purchase records the law requires. After that your key no longer works and cannot be re-sent, and Endelir Editor cannot be set up again with it; the copy already on your computer keeps working.
