Refund and cancellation policy

Sales are final once delivered

Endelir Editor is a digital product, sold as Basic for ₹999 plus GST. Once your licence key has been emailed and the download is available to you, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. Please read the requirements before you buy.

When we do refund

We give a full refund of the amount you paid in any of these cases:

• Double charge. You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Failed delivery. You paid, but we could not deliver a working key and download, and we could not fix it after you wrote to us.
• Not as described. The product does not work as described on our sales page on a computer that meets the stated requirements, and we cannot fix the problem after you report it.

We do not refund a change of mind, a computer that does not meet the requirements, or problems with your own AI plan or other software. Basic is not refunded because it has no feature updates or lacks a feature you hoped for: the sales page says what is included, and what is coming is a plan, not a promise.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@endelirone.com within 30 days of purchase, from the email address you bought with.
2. Include your Razorpay payment id (from your payment receipt) and which of the cases above applies.
3. For “not as described”, tell us what you tried and what happened. Screenshots help. We may ask a few questions so we can try to fix it first.

A double charge is refunded whenever you report it, even after 30 days.

What happens next

If we approve a refund, we start it through Razorpay to the payment method you used. Banks and card issuers usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. When we refund a purchase, the licence key is deactivated and you must stop using the software.
