Terms of sale and licence

These terms are a draft and are still to be reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Who we are

Endelir Editor is sold by Mosorb India LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“we”, “us”). GSTIN: 30ACEFM3261F1ZQ. Registered address: H.no. 1107, 14/3, near Dr Carmino Lobo Edifice, Tivim, Volvonem, North Goa, Goa 403502.

By buying Endelir Editor you (“you”, the buyer) agree to these terms.

2. The product, plans and price

Endelir Editor is downloadable software: a plugin and a set of files that let an AI assistant you already use edit short vertical videos on your own computer. It is described on our sales page.

Endelir Editor Basic is sold for ₹999 plus 18% GST (₹1,178.82 in all), paid once. It is the studio as described on our sales page on the day you buy, plus fixes for launch bugs. Other plans may be offered later, on their own terms; they are not part of this sale.

Payment is taken by Razorpay. We issue a tax invoice for every purchase.

3. Delivery

There is nothing physical to ship. After your payment succeeds, we email your licence key and the install instructions to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to us at support@endelirone.com.

The product counts as delivered once the key email has been sent and the download is available to you.

4. Your licence

We do not sell you the software itself; we grant you a licence to use it. When you pay, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Endelir Editor on one computer that you own or control.

Activating a computer links your key to it using a hashed machine id. If you replace your computer, write to us about moving the activation to the new one.

5. What you may not do

Resell, rent, lend, share or give away the software or your licence key.
Install it on more than one computer, or let other people use your key.
Publish, upload or distribute the software files, in whole or in part.
Remove or work around the licence check.

Open-source components included in Endelir Editor stay under their own licences, which are listed with the software. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

6. Updates and fixes

Endelir Editor Basic is sold as it is when you buy it. It does not include feature updates. If we fix bugs found around launch, you may download the fixed version again with the same key at no cost.

Effects and features can change as the tools they rely on change, for example your AI assistant. We will try to keep what you bought working as described.

7. Support

We give support by email for 30 days from the date of purchase, at support@endelirone.com. Support covers installing and activating the product and problems with it working as described. It does not cover teaching video editing or fixing problems with your computer, your AI plan or other software.

8. Your AI plan and other software

Endelir Editor needs a paid plan with an AI assistant, which you buy separately from its provider and which has its own terms. We do not control that service, its prices or its availability.

Setup installs free, open-source tools on your computer. Videos are rendered with Remotion. If you use Endelir Editor for a company of 4 or more people, that company must hold its own Remotion company licence, bought from Remotion. Individuals and companies of up to 3 people do not need one.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Warranty and liability

We will make sure Endelir Editor works as described on the sales page on a computer that meets the stated requirements. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the software is provided “as is”.

You are responsible for the footage you use and the videos you publish, including having the rights to any music, footage or images in them. Keep backups of your original footage.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Endelir Editor is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Ending the licence

If you break section 5, we may end your licence and deactivate your key after telling you by email. Otherwise your licence does not expire.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Mapusa, Goa, India, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.
